Dom is the pioneer of the 'Creator Economy’ in Europe, founding Gleam Futures in 2010 which he grew into a multi-million pound, global market leader over the course of 10 years, exiting to an advertising giant in 2021. He became famous for managing quality talent who were growing quality brands and leading multi market projects across TV, Movies and publishing as well as 1000s of market changing, blue chip brand partnerships.

His expertise is in monetizing talent and content online.

Simon Goodman

Co-Founder

Simon is an award-winning and BAFTA nominated showrunner who has created and produced hundreds of hours of premium content for major TV networks like BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and UKTV and digital platforms like YouTube, Snap, and Facebook Watch. His online work has garnered over 1 billion views, with viral series like In Your Face and Naked and Invisible breaking records for social engagement.

His expertise is in creative strategy, development and production of original content.

Commercial Director

With extensive digital marketing experience, Chris made his mark at Gleam Futures by building Gleam Solutions, the company's pioneering in-house influencer marketing agency. His career includes key roles at Fanbytes by Brainlabs and DailyMail.com in New York, where he crafted boundary-pushing global influencer campaigns. Chris' innovative approach earned him recognition as one of Campaign Magazine's Faces to Watch in 2019.

Head Of Operations

As GloMotion Studio's Head Of Operations, Lyndsey brings with her 20 years of experience in business support at leadership level. In a production capacity Lyndsey works as a Talent and Access Producer, developing and maintaining talent relations during shoots. Lyndsey also has a focus on building collaborative work environments, strengthening workflows, fostering positivity and empowering all team members to reach their full potential.
